We ordered a sympathy bouquet to send to my grandmother - Sarah was our designer and was very compassionate, helpful and efficient. It was late in the day so they were low on certain items from the arrangement we saw online and she very quickly helped us put together a custom bouquet. Her suggestions were perfect and the bouquet was even more beautiful than photos and perfect for my grandmother’s taste. I also felt very grateful for the kindness and tact of Sarah and the staff person who answered the phone. They delivered very quickly same day and my grandmother really appreciates the bouquet, and said several times how beautiful it is. If I ever need florals in the Fox Valley area I’ll be returning here.
