Absolutely terrible with procrastination nothing was done on time my mother and a friend had to help set up the day of the wedding because she was still working on finishing stuff up at the hall didnt even receive all the finished corsages very hard to get a hold of sometimes not to mention only got half of what i asked to have at the wedding it was a nightmare wish i would of waited to pay her because it was a joke and we still had to go buy decorations ourselves and then the next day she tried taking our decorations we purchased and our stuff we brought. Whatever you do not use her do it urself you will have way way less stress doing it urself im thankfull my mom took care of it cuz i would of snapped on her.

Jeanne is a beautiful person and is doing a wonderful job planning and decorating my wedding.
Very rude and unprofessional. Did nothing but argue with people and show up late. Thenwork they did was half assed and looked horrible they made it to the ceremony site 5 min before walking down the aisle.
