This was my first time going to this vet. I am very happy with the service. They were able to get me in fairly quick. The appointments went relatively quick as well. The doctor was very attentive and did a great job addressing all the issues I mentioned. And the vet techs were very friendly and took great care with my two rabbits. While they are kind of pricey, after the care I received it's worth it. Plus, after reading the pamphlets they gave me, I learned they donate a certain amount to a charity, and I love that. Makes it even better. I definitely recommend taking your pets here.

This review is tough. At first I really liked the availability of this clinic. I waited a half a week to take in my pet in to a vet. They were able to fit me in quickly. I was limited to how much I could spend and they were great at offering me advice and helping me with what could be done at the time. Although I felt pressure for surgery. Surgery seemed to me to be the main topic. I decided to hold off on surgery and continue with the second best course of treatment for my critter. After bringing her here a second time for a shot, I was made to feel guilty and once again pressured into surgery. Then the topic of giving her up to the humane society was brought up. Grant it, I did not want to give her up, she has an unknown illness...which I tried to get answers too. But her test results didn't go as planned so a biopsy was suggested. I declined because of how expensive the surgery was. She got her shot and was brought back to me...and taking away again to be cleaned up. I thought because of her ride over they were just being nice. Not until I got home did I see my pet had suffered additional trauma... to say I was furious was the least. After being on hold for awhile and explaining how upset I was, I was told to bring her back in. Grant it she has an unknown illness, I have a strict budget. But I was not properly told of the exact incident that happened at the clinic and only found out when I brought her home. I brought her back after being outraged just to be told there is nothing they could do. I accept this, because without surgery we don't know what exactly is wrong....BUT AT THE SAME TIME... I feel as another vet suggest it is a tumor and where it is located is a sorry spot. Meaning even with surgery there is not a great success. I have gone from feeling like a horrible pet owner, to doing my best, to give her away, to there maybe nothing we could do even if you didn't have a limited income. I am beyond upset.

I took my cat here today and they were very prompt in getting me in for an appointment. When I arrived it wasn't a long wait before they came out to take my cat in. They were thorough in communicating with me and knowledgeable. I felt like they really cared about my cat and gave me great suggestions on how to further care for him. I appreciate how they took care of my baby boy and i would recommend to any one. Thank you staff at Brook falls!

After a few weeks of searching for an exotic pet veterinarian in the midst of COVID, we finally were able to get an appointment for my son's Chinese Water Dragon. Unfortunately, he was not in good health and the doctors shared the options with my son in the most careful, compassionate, and informative way. My 12 year old was able to easily process the information and understand that the best option was to put him down. The staff was the kindest, most caring group and helped him through the process as if this was a dog we had in our family for 12 years. They offered to make a foot print, which we picked up the next day as a lovely ornament we can hang on our tree, and they also sent a sympathy card. I really was so touched. We also brought our Bearded Dragon for a check up and they were very thorough and caring with her too (she is alive and well). I highly recommend them for any of your pet needs.
