I have been going here for years. I just brought in my 13 year old cat to see Dr Dion. She is a very caring and compassionate Young lady. She she does a thorough job to find put what is wrong with your baby. She explains to you to where you understand what's shes talking about. Never uses big medical words . We had been going to a meh vet before Norwood and I had multiple friends recommend it. I’m so glad we switched to Norwood! They’re so friendly & accommodating, and their prices seem to be fair. It feels like they actually care and don’t just want your money. I recommend this vet to EVERYONE! You won’t regret it.
Norwood, Dr. Ben and the entire staff always takes good care of our dog, Ginger. They saved her earlier this year with surgery but mad sure it was necessary and could be done safely before moving forward. Good people taking care of great pets!
Very well organized in these COVID times. Staff was very informative and attentive. Excellent attitudes. Performed all I was looking for with no issues. Pricey? I dont think so.
Despite the current conditions with Covid-19, they set up a way for customers to have regular check ups for their pets and keep everyone safe. We recently had an yearly check up appointment and the appointment drop off was easy and safe and we communicated via phone during and after the appointment. They were very friendly and professional we talked extensively about my cat’s health and I am very satisfied with my experience. We just adopted a new pet and we’re taking her in also as I trust them.
