It was my puppy’s first vet apt. They vet techs were very nice and gave me the information that I needed. However, I called a couple days prior to the appointment and asked how much it would be for a basic checkup/shots. I was told no more than $90-&100. Once I got my bill it came out to $162. I looked at the receipt and they did more than told. I was happy with the extra things they did add, but it would have been nice to know before hand. Overall though. My experience was not bad and I will go again.
The Small Animal Hospital is great. They are very knowledgeable, and answer all of my questions. I never feel like they are pushing a procedure just to make money; their recommendations are based on what is best for my pets. After a recent emergency, where I had to go to a 24hr vet, The Small Animal Hospital called me for a followup to maintain the continuity of care. That really made me feel like I was in good hands.
We brought our new puppy to the Small Animal Hospital and immediately felt welcomed. The entire staff went above and beyond to accommodate, especially with regards to the COVID concerns. Dr. Tucker was incredibly nice and knowledgeable and was more than generous with her advice and expertise for any of the questions we had. We will definitely plan on returning!
This was our first time at Small Animal Hospital and they were amazing! The process of calling and having someone come outside to get our dog and bring her inside, and then calling to go over the details of the appointment and calling back again to let me know how it went was seamless, painless, and easy. Everyone was very friendly and I felt that my dog was in safe hands! I definitely recommend the Small Animal Hospital for any vet needs.
They were able to see us immediately when our 2 cats weren't doing well. You can tell they are truly compassionate, and that they truly care about the animals they care for. Dr. Tucker was the best... Our little girl is in Kitty heaven now. ud83dudc95ud83dudc95
