Been my go to vet for years...

We have been taking our cats here for 9 years now. This last experience will be the last. The doctor portion was part of why but how they treated another client is what really made me decide they do not deserve my business. I get with COVID rules have changed and that is fine. (Not that they explained the new procedure to me on the phone I had to ask) But a woman came to the door with her dog who claimed she called and they said they could see her dog who had an infected rash on his chest. The vet rep was so rude “we can’t have you in here you have to wait outside“ said to her “if this is really an emergency you will have to take your dog somewhere else” the client was scared for her dog, freaking out. They were insensitive and had no compassion or empathy for this woman.nnThe doctor and assistant were not very friendly. Very pushy on getting the rabies shot. One of my cats peed in the crate they didn’t care if it got cleaned up or not. They wanted my cat back in the crate to get started on the next. In the past, the vet assistant actually cleaned it for me!nI am done with this clinic.

They will take Care Credit for payment. Even without it though their prices are reasonable. They have managed the COVID-19 well making sure we can still get our pets taken care as well as be safe.

My dog got an intestinal blockage--we learned after surgery that he had eaten a piece of corn cob! (Where he got it, we don't know.) They took very good care of my Denali; he came through the surgery just fine. Dr. Singh is a GREAT surgeon! The people there were kind, understanding and caring (I was a mess!). They called me to let me know how he was doing and let me come in to see him for just a bit after surgery. I couldn't ask for a better veterinarian or vet clinic. I highly recommend this clinic and the people who work there.nnDenali is alive today because of them. I have been a customer at this clinic for years--and you can bet I will remain a customer for as long as I have a dog in my home. They went above and beyond duty in my book.

Rude customer service from person on the phone. The vet popped the bump under my cats skin, half the size of a ping pong ball, with his fingers even before he even took a sample with a needle. This resulted in him not being able to get a proper sample and thus no ideas of what it is.nnNow I have a cat with god knows what under his skin. Will have to take to another vet. This place gave me bad feelings. Will never come back.
