Not fully sure what’s going on with the customer service this year with this clinic. I’ve been coming here for years and sadly my favorite vet works here. This has also been my family location and the one we refer. Understand that with Covid things can be stressful but I have never had a worker swearing at me all because I had to call a few times throughout the day to find out about a medication. They are truly lucky they have hired on a few (not the owner) vets to keep people coming back. Because as the lady on the phone told me....there are 7 of us, idk who helped you! The attitudes here should really be looked into.nnGlad to know this is how they are training their staff to speak to customers. If I had the owners email I would reach out to him personally on this manner! Disappointing and discussing if this was the 1st time I would say ok they had a rough day, but this has now happened 3 times in the last 2 months!!!
Always helpful and let you know the charges before proceeding with any tests. I had a German shepherd that was terrified of going to the vet. The 1st time here, he had to get an x-ray & literally followed the dr.out of the room with no hesitation. He didn't even look back to see if we were following him. Animals are good judges of character & after seeing that, we knew we finally found a good vet. Unfortunately they don't take appts and is on a walk in basis but I've never had to wait that long. Also if an animal is an extreme case (emergency) they get priority just like a human ER would.
