I ordered flowers for a sick family member who was being transferred multiple times between hospitals. Ron, individual who delivered the flowers, was so patient, kind, and understanding with taking care of my very important delivery. It really meant a lot to me and my family member that he took the extra effort to get them to her on the day they promised despite a lot of back and forth voicemails and phone calls. I had flowers delivered to my mother because she’s been having a rough time working in a nursing home during this pandemic. I used to walk home from elementary school and get her flowers all the time. I live in Texas now so I wasn’t able to be apart of the arrangement making but I’m absolutely in love with they created for my mother. It’s beautiful. I will continue to use them when I have to get flowers for someone in Wisconsin. They are amazing and very kind people!! Worth every penny!!!
I bought a bouquet for Mother's Day. I called two weeks ahead and the owner was so friendly. Clear questions about what I was looking for. Asked my price point, I paid for them over the phone, and then told me where I could pick them up. When I got to the shop the bouquet was waiting for me and it was gorgeous. I've gotten bouquets from online floral places and this bouquet blew them out of the water. The service was so friendly, and she was so appreciative of the business during COVID, I definitely will use them again.
Absolutely beautiful and unique flowers! I love to buy arrangements for my mom when I come home from college. I bought her large arrangement two weeks before Thanksgiving, and once I returned for Thanksgiving the flowers were STILL beautiful and alive! You get what you pay for - high quality flowers, great customer service, and long lasting product!
