I only put a one because there was nothing less than 1 my cat was poisoned ( visibally shaking and twitching ) and I took her to an ANIMAL HOSPITAL I was told they couldn't take me because I wasn't a member and that they only take appointments, next time I'll tell my animals yo get as sick by appointment, because the ANIMAL HOSPITAL won't help them otherwise. CLEARLY it's just about the $$$$$$$$$$$!! $$$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Worse part though was no compassion no suggestions a condescending smile and.......sorry.
