Great service and wonderful care for their patients. During covid-19 they have a very good and quick system to get their patients seen with limited to no wait time. Sure, I would rather be with my dog during the exam and treatment, but it goes so quick he doesn't have time to be concerned.
Just started using this place and so far no complaints. Each and every staff I’ve spoken to in person and over the phone seem to have a superior level of customer service...and they simply care. They care about your pet. They care about your finances. They care about your experience.
Dr Jewell is the most wonderful vet we have ever had. Just don't use a few of the others in the group. Stick with Dr Jewell.
They were great, answered all my questions, friendly. We have another appointment. Happy to go back!!
