They did my Mother and what a great job they does
We recently lost my sister-in-law and the family could not be more pleased with the service we received from Serenity. We compared two other homes in the area that came highly recommended, but the people we worked with at Serenity and the fact that their services were nearly half the cost of the others led us to choose them for our service. Everything was perfect. The facility is a wonderful old building and it felt very comforting being a part of that history. Their preparation of our loved one was beyond expectation, as was their customer service, support, clear communication, etc.nnIt's easy to think we made a choice on cost alone, but honestly I don't what we could have received from anyone else that would have been worth any additional cost. They have our business from now on.
