I'm disgusted by the lack of professionalism and empathy shown by the staff of New Pitts Mortuary.nnDURING my cousin's service, they approached her DAUGHTER to advise that the person delivering the eulogy was running late and told her she needed to pay more money for someone else to do so.nnI find this highly inappropriate, insensitive, inconsiderate, and unprofessional.nnThe nerve to approach a grieving child just a few feet away from her deceased mother to ask for more MONEY?! Very shameful

This is sunday may 3rd I am from ga. And happened across this life stream of the family of 5 that was killed.i dont know this funeral home from adam.but I must say the man that was doing the viewing was rude and very inconsiderate of this family it was like it was nothing more than a job for him no compassion for the family and friends that was there to view there family or friends ....I know the family of the deceased my have ask for things to be done but this man was way to rude for this kind of situation
I cant thank Pitts Funeal Home enough, they were very supportive and made me feel comfortable with taking care of my son. They did an Amazing job with everything. Thank you all.
