Easy to work with making the experience of planning a funeral easier. Were most helpful with everything I needed to get what my husband wanted done.
Our funeral director, Jim Klemmer, went above and beyond for my dad's service. He made every step of the way smoother for my family, was sweet, personable, and available via email or phone. He and the other staff were accommodating and overall just wonderful. When the terrible day comes that you have to plan a memorial service don't hesitate to use Heritage in Oak Creek. They have a banquet hall and their own caterer if you want to use them, and a good sound system. We have no complaints except that our dad is gone.
