I called in December to place an order for my parents' 50th anniversary party which was coming up in 10 days. I spoke with the woman and told her what I wanted and what my timeline was. She told me she could do that and asked if she could call me back in 30 minutes to get details. Never heard from her again. I understand that people get busy, but then don't answer your phone. Poor way to run a business.
