Please do not patronize this place. If you live in Racine please go anywhere else. They mislead, they do not care. My grandmother had on a different wig than we dropped off. They made her 200 lbs. More than what she was. They had no picture, they okayed her outfit and then made excuses for it. Her death notice in the paper was 2 sentences. The usher never asked guests sign the book. Please don't have the same experience I did. Honor your loved ones by going somewhere else.
This place is a complete rip off. They told me on the phone if i do not sign cremation doc for my father to be cremated, that they will dump him in the lake like they do the rest of there people. God can strike me down right now if i am lying. Who tells a grieving daughter this? They are con artist. Very disrespectful and rude. I will be reporting them to channel 6 news. PLEASE BE AWARE
Both my parents were in the hands of Golden Gate Funeral Home. I recommend them for their Service, Professionalism and Respect for the family. Most importantly, their connections with other businesses makes planning much easier. Well done GG and Thank You!nB.Hooker~
