I called and wanted flowers delivered to someone and found a pretty arrangement on their website called “Hugs and Kisses”-which was Red roses, Pink carnations, and White flowers, not sure what they’re called... This comes in a red vase. I liked this arrangement because the white flowers really made the red and pink flowers stand out. The flowers were $49.99, tax and delivery was $71.79.... They charge an extra $5.00 because they delivered it the same day... RIDICULOUS!! The reason I chose this place is because the establishment is 5 minutes away from this Floral place. My complaint is.... when I saw the flowers, I was so embarrassed.... To start, it wasn’t the same vase as advertised, it was 1/2 the size as shown on their website, the flowers were just “thrown” in the vase, there were only a couple white flowers...it looked like a glob of pink and red half dead flowers tossed in a dollar store vase that a kindergartner did for their mom, it wasn’t colorful at all!!!!... When I called, the lady I spoke with wanted a picture of it... After not hearing back from her, I had to text her to see how/what she was going to to do remedy it...After spending $71.79 on a glob of red, I got a whopping $19.00 back-which means she refunded me my delivery charge... Thank you so much for saving me and my friends the trouble of never using your service ever again!! I’ve read other reviews on this page, and I’ve seen this is how this place remedies their unhappy customers. It’s unfortunate... I hope you take the time to read these reviews and learn from your mistakes and start to make right your wrong in the future...
