Beautiful presentation and excellent customer service! Robynn’s Nest did a fantastic job accommodating me when I sent a fruit basket to a dear friend. It was my hope to include a handwritten note with the pineapple and the fantastic staff at Robynn’s Nest kept an eye out for it to arrive in the mail. I sent my note from Virginia but it hadn’t arrived in time for delivery day. The staff went above-and-beyond to call me to let me know so that they could include my personal message with the fruit basket on my behalf. My friend testified that the fruit was excellent and I can’t say enough about the superb customer service I received from the staff at Robynn’s Nest.

I tried to call the number listed on google to make a flower arrangement and I was answered by an incredibly rude lady saying, "stop calling this number" and "do not call this number again." I have always heard such great things so was going to order a flowers for my best friends graduation and that is how you treat your customers? If that is not the stores number please change it!

I am getting married and wanted to support local, I reached out by phone and tried to get an appointment for a consultation. I left a message with the woman that answered the phone, she said Robynn would call me back, after several days I called again, the same woman said she had my message right there. I said I found a photo could I send it over and get an estimate of the cost. She gave me an email address I immediately sent the info. It has been another week with no acknowledgement or contact. I have seen Robynn's work and I am disappointed being ignored. I will have to resort to online purchases for floral needs.... Immediately after this review posted I got a text, I know these are difficult times but I wish I had been of concern before I posted a negative review. Robynn I appreciate your response. I said i could make any time that worked for you and if you had just kept me informed, I do appreciate the extremely difficult circumstances and times and hope you are well and your team is healthy

Love this Florist! I had a very bad experience with an “on-line” company that never delivered my order. Robynn’s Nest Flowers stepped in and saved the day! Thank-you to a great Flagstaff “locally run” business.

Absolutely gorgeous arrangements, very reasonably priced. Without question, the best florist in Flagstaff. Someone just commented today on how lovely the corsage was that our son got from Robynn for prom 4 years ago. Hands down our only choice.
