I have never had worst customer service than what I experienced from this place. We emailed back and forth for weeks before my wedding about the bouquet I would be getting. The one my husband picked up for me on our wedding day look nothing like what we had agreed upon and already paid for! I got a full bouquet of cotton that was falling apart and didn’t even stay intact for our ceremony! I emailed them to see if we could come up with a solution and they basically told me I didn’t spend enough to get a better bouquet. I think spending $150 on a bunch of cotton was more than enough. Highly do not recommend this place. Save your money and pick some flowers out of a field yourself I guarantee it’ll look better than what this place would do for you. The top picture is what I asked for and the bottom is what I got.
WORST floral experience I’ve ever had! Wish I would have read more reviews because there is a theme of not getting what you paid for and staff not willing to issue a proper refund! Sad when you discuss with staff your idea and they confirm all your requests and then you see the gift in person and it’s EMBARRASSING compared to the photo! When I called to complain I was then told, well the arrangement might not look like the photo online and we might not have all the flowers in stock. Umm...I bought a fall arrangement in FALL! To top it off I never got my small refund.
Best experience ever!! I ordered same day for a plant to be delivered. The plant was so healthy and looked fantastic and was delivered a few hours later. Price was unbeatable. Thank you Sutcliff Floral! Highly recommend to anyone looking to order a plant or flowers. Thanks again!
I have now received two bouquets from this florist both beautiful but not worth what was paid. The filler flowers were low end and the arrangement is only beautiful from the front. I would prefer if my family was spending over $100 on an arrangement that it be a full arrangement not one that has to be placed against a wall. Just my preference maybe.
Limited supplies meant they needed to improvise the designs they show are available. They did not disappoint. The arrangement was beautiful with the unique and sophisticated details I was hoping for! Flowers were fresh with several yet to open. Also, they did not skimp on the type of quality blooms incorporated.
