I strongly believe God sends angels to earth and Shannon is an angel in human form. She stuck with me consistently when my mom passed a little over a week ago. The whole staff was friendly and efficient which is very helpful during a time like this. Shannon is a beautiful person inside and outside. She helped me give my mom a dignified send off. Her heart was genuine. It wasn't just a job for her, it was a passion. Amidst my hurt and grief, Brainard has made the sun come out a little bit more.

We called them when my mother died to use their services. They came, put her in the body bag and dragged her down the stairs. No gurnee, just a body bag. All I can picture is her head bouncing off each step
