I am not writing about this particular facility in Wausau because I have not used this facility. However, I am writing about the facility in Milwaukee. It is the same owner, just two different location. I want to say that I am most unhappy with the facility in Milwaukee. We just recently had an event there and the overall cost was OUTRAGEOUS! I will never refer anyone to this facility. Here are a few reasons: 1. unless you have money to waist and plan to help the owner get rich, don't use the facility, 2. unless you don't care about professional services, don't use the facility, 3. unless you have plenty of manpower to help set up all the chairs and put them all back, don't use the facility because he only have himself and one other man in that facility and last but not least, 4. unless all you want is space and nothing else, don't use the facility.
