We have been using Kronenwetter Veterinary care for all of our dogs for many years. We have found the customer service and level of care for our 4 legged family members to be great. Developing a trust for your pets care is as important as the trust you develop with your own doctor. Would I recommend KV Care to someone else? The answer is Yes without hesitation.
As a new person to the area I had to choose a vet for my dog. She needed some vaccines and some medicines. The staff at Kronenetter Veterinary Care were great. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and knowlegable. They saw my dog in a timely manner and made us feel very welcomed. My dog got good care. The vet spent a long time with me explaining flea and tick issues that I never had to deal with while living in another part of the country. I really appreciated his concern for the well being of my dog. It was a really good first impression.
Just wanted to share the positive experiences provided by Dr. Nikki and the techs and staff at KVC. No matter how busy the clinic is, they take the time to provide top notch care to our dogs with pleasant and professional attitudes. There is also appropriate safety measures in place (all staff wear masks) which is appreciated during the pandemic. Thanks for the great care everyone at KVC!
KV Care is amazing! The whole staff is wonderful and so caring. They were extremely compassionate when I lost my Boots and have been amazing with my new furry family member Dani. I couldn't imagine taking them anywhere else.
Kronenwetter Veterinary Clinic treats our pets like their own. They care about their patients. It is nice to have such a good vet practice so close.
