I absolutely love Paw Health Network. I've previously taken a friend and more recently taken my own fur baby for an emergency. It was a very busy night but all the staff were kind and compassionate throughout.nnMy boy Toby was vomiting blood and seen his regular vet earlier in the day. But as it got later in the day he continued to decline. Toby was taken back immediately and promptly examined. He was determined stable and then diagnostic tests were run to get more insight on Toby's condition. After everything was done and they went over the results Toby was sent home with additional medications.nnWhat I like best about Paw Health was how open they were with me about what they determined on exam, what tests we should do and why, and what the expenses for it all would amount to. Toby has since made a full recovery as well!

The overall experience was absolutely amazing. We had to use Paw Health Network, as one of my dogs got Kennel Kough from the groomers. Our regular vet wasn't available and we needed help asap. All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The customer service was great. Very caring and compassionate. Did follow up call, checking on status of my Oreo. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of great experience.

The staff is unbeatable. Professional and compassionate. End of life for dear friend was an emotional day. The experience was as good as it could be due to the support of some very kind people. There was no judgement and they took care of my cat like she was their own. No extra fees for being the weekend and rates are fair.

The office did an exceptional job on a very busy weekend day to take care of my very ill dog. Dr. Dane is a highly qualified vet I knew from years ago when he was at a Stevens Point clinic and I was sad to see him go. I liked that he took the time to speak with me TWICE!nnI would have given them 5 stars but I think, even if it is busy, the staff should have more efficient procedures in place. After hearing what diagnostics were needed, I had to wait for someone to call with me an estimate to approve. I was told it would be just a couple minutes but finally called them when I had waited quite a while. I told first person it was fine and to go ahead but they had to transfer me and I had to wait on hold for estimate person. I also informed staff that I was out of town and son had credit card and my person to pay bill with it. That person didn't relay to other desk person but when I got the new person in the afternoon, I told him too. When it was time to pick up our dog, both men were there but my son was told I had to call and tell them he could use my card. I do not think it is front desk personnel's fault as they were very very busy.nnI would suggest an automated system for front desk, estimates or techs, etc to reduce front desk personnel being overloaded.nnI thought the fees incurred were extremely reasonable. I would definitely use them again if needed.

I took my kitten here as he was experiencing some bad eye leakage and sneezing. The front desk service was very polite and informative, and got me checked in quickly.nnHowever, everything else took extremely long. I was in the waiting room for about 2 and a half hours before I was called in to talk with the vet about what was wrong with my cat. After another hour of waiting for the vet to come in and then talking to him, I finally left. I waited 3 and a half hours to find out my cat had an upper respiratory infection and that was all. If I'd known I'd have waited that long for such a simple diagnosis I would've went elsewhere.nnThe wait time is my only complaint. The front desk person as well as the vet were extremely professional and very helpful. My cat is doing much better now thanks to them!
