We just had a terrific experience from scheduling to the visit! The Doc was very informative and very pleasant to work with. We had a wellness visit for our kitten that we adopted from the Humane Society. We checked prior with another vet in Onalaska and we were not pleased with the customer service of scheduling. We would recommend Van Loon to all our friends and family!
Dr. Hein is a very outstanding Veterinarian. Answers all my questions and comes up with a treatment plan that has helped my pet with his thyroid issues. My pet know has a better quality of life. He has lost weight, more energetic and acts like a puppy and he is 13 years old.
Dr.Hein and his assistant were great. Answered all my questions and throughly checked our cats. Both of our cats received a small toy for coming in ud83dude0a. Will be coming back!
