This shop is not only amazing, but saved the day. I had initially ordered flowers for a funeral through a national company (not this florist). That company had accepted my order, and then on the day before the funeral, said they couldn't deliver to that area. Frantically, I looked all around for a local florist and came across Bouquets on Broad Street. The customer service was fantastic, and she helped me put together a flower arrangement to be delivered before the service. I'm so thankful I found them and will be sure to use them in the future. She even sent me a picture before delivery, so I was able to see them. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I highly recommend Bouquets on Broad street!
We ordered the Florist's Choice Daily Deal (Standard) and the arrangement received was perfect and arrived in a timely manner! Excellent customer service and gorgeous flowers!!!
My mom recently ordered flowers here and it went smoothly and the arrangements were beautiful! Their location is great too right downtown and it looks so nice since they painted the building!!
