Flowers by Guenthers saved us from a complete disaster! After I inadvertently exposed 70 poinsettias to cold weather and completely froze them beyond saving, I called Christy and she was able to get 70 replacement plants within 24 hours to us at a best possible cost. When others may have took this as an opportunity to take advantage of a desperate situation, Christy was sympathetic and went above and beyond to help get the plants to us so they could be delivered to local churches, hospice facilities and the VA in memory of their loved ones before the Christmas holiday. We threw up a Hail Mary and Flowers by Guenthers delivered. We are so fortunate to have such caring and compassion business in our community.
