Its unfortunate I have to write this because I was really hoping this could be my go to, local flower shop, that I could use in the future. I wanted to get my wife some flowers, so I called the closest flower shop around. On the phone I said, she likes really mellow, soft colors; nothing bright and vibrant. I even sent a picture of our wedding flowers to describe exactly what I was talking about. I have pictured below, the light pink roses are what we had at our wedding that I wanted the colors to be similar to. The next photo..... The bright yellow flowers, are what were delivered to my wife. Being the sweetest woman alive, she loved them, because they were a surprise. But that is NOT what I requested. Overall disappointed with the whole transaction. There are NO similarities between those two other than they are flowers. The lady was very nice on the phone, can't argue that. But she also put the wrong name on the card...

Ordered a floral piece from out of town, dealing with a true professional, Kathleen created a beautiful sympathy arrangement to be delivered in Lacrosse. I gotta a guy ud83dude02.
