I ordered flowers for my mother for her birthday and Salem Floral went above and beyond what I expected! They were very timely in delivering them also! 5 stars and definitely recommend!
I just have to say how impressed I am with the service I recieved. I ordered through a floral service and picked a generic spring bouquet to announce our pregnancy to my mother-in- law. Salem Floral & Gifts went above and beyond, putting together a beautiful arrangement of pink potted flowers and the cutest little baby girl decor to compliment. Thank you for putting those extra special touches on such an important delivery! We will definitely be ordering from you directly next time.
I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter at work on Valentines day. I did not know she was working at her other job that day and when the delivery person tried to deliver them and found out she was not working, they tried to find out where her other job was so he could deliver them to her. She did get them on Valentines day and I know how crazy busy they must have been and they still tried to make sure the flowers were delivered. EXCELLENT customer service. I appreciate their efforts.
I’d give zero stars if it were an option. After searching online and calling around for about an hour I’m told this shop will deliver to Mindoro for a dear friend’s father’s funeral. I called several times trying to order and they hang up on me every time before I can even say hello. The service can’t possibly get worse than that. I’m so disappointed!
I ordered a plant arrangement for a funeral and i wasn't sure what I wanted.nI ordered the design by florist one and it was beautiful. Just ordered again for another funeral. Polite staff, wonderful service.
