Absolutely amazing experience! Dr. Russ Brewer and Adam were incredible. They were able to fit my dog Rusty in last minute.nWas very skeptical about sending my dog into the building without also walking in with him. But they were genuinely comforting, and offered to use an app called AirVet, that allowed me to virtually be there every step of the way. Was shocked by the ease of use, and also very impressed by how well thought out the Doctor was in explaining AND showing me everything that was going on. This was the only place I could find that offered that. I can't recommend Care Animal Hospital enough and will be referring all my friends and family here! Thank you again to all the staff!
We had never used Care Animal Hospital before today, when we needed somewhere to take our dying 13 year old dog to be humanely euthanized on a Sunday. I can't express enough how well we were treated. No one would have ever known that we were new there. Everyone was very kind and they let us take all the time we needed to say goodbye to our Ellie. Not knowing my kids have been through this before, Dr. Brewer made every effort to explain how euthanasia works so that my kids could understand what Ellie was going to experience. I appreciated that in him, as so many are not as kind and empathetic. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
We have been using Care Animal Hospital for years. Your facility has the best people working there. They are the most caring and understanding people. From the Doctors, to assistants to the people answering the phone. I recommend your facility to all my friends and family. We really appreciate all you do! Thank you so much for your services!!

We have used Care Animal Hospital for many years and have spent thousands of dollars for our pet’s care. However, over the past couple of years I have felt Care Animal Hospital has became more focused on their bottom line than the actual compassionate care for my pets. Every visit they tried to upsell all of their services to the point that I always felt uncomfortable. The final straw was back on October 5th. My 13 ½ year old golden retriever was suffering and dying before our eyes. We were so desperate for help. We called to see if we could bring him in knowing the end result would be putting him down. They told us they could not fit us in and we should go to an emergency care facility. I have never felt so helpless and abandoned. I will never recommend this vet to anyone.
