So I ordered flowers for my mother in-law Thursday 9/5 It was 3:50pm at the time of my order. I told them I worked on the same street practically next door that I would be back in an hour. I showed up at 4:50pm they close at 5pm.But they were not there anymore.I went out of town after that. It is Now Monday I went in to get my money back. Instead of attending their in person customer she decided to take a phone call order that lasted almost 20 min. When she finally attended me I asked for cash back I didn't need the flowers anymore !! So she called over what I assume is the owner. He was very rude he told me he couldn't give me back my money until he checked the cameras and saw for himself that his employee left early ?!?!??!! Basically calling me a liar. I will NEVER get flowers from there again. They were so rude. Horrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would.

When I initially ordered this bouquet, I ordered "the best of the best" flowers option. I received a call that they were out of purple flowers, and they were delivered 30 minutes later (SUPER timely, but kind of a bummer for this specific case) before I got a chance to call back and just request the flowers be delivered later when they had purples in stock. When my grandmother received them, there were several wilted flowers, and none of the flowers were purple- I specifically ordered this set because purple is her favorite color. When I called, they were SUPER friendly, and apologetic. After the long weekend, my grandmother got brand new ones, that were GORGEOUS and they were a beautiful assortment of purples and lilacs. Thank ya'll so much for putting a smile on her face not only ONCE but TWICE. Will definitely be ordering from Graham County Florist again!

My daughter ordered flowers from them to be delivered to me on mother’s day, they didn’t get delivered! I had to go and pick them up the next day, as they were closed Mother’s Day, Because I called on Sunday to find out what happened. My daughter got a notification saying they were delivered! Not happy!! Daughter is to sweet to leave a bad comment!

Ordered online Tuesday night received the flowers delivered at 11.30 Wednesday exactly what we ordered beautiful and amazing quality thank you so much.
