Our dog became ill quite suddenly. We called and they made immediate arrangements for us to see DrnLeyla who is Izzy's Vet and we are so happy she is! Dr Leyla called to get some info as to some symptoms and to assure us she would see Izzy asap. All the folks working at Casserly are very comforting and assuring they will handle whatever is thrown their way. Dr Leyla ALWAYS calls with status and she really cares about Izzy. We are happy we found Casserly after bouncing around trying to find a Clinic that cares about humans and their pets. THANK YOU
Casserly got my dog, Judy, in the same day I called when she was having an allergic reaction after just moving back into Wisconsin. Had a prescription for meds less than 4-hours after contacting them which alleviated her symptoms and am going back for a follow-up appointment.nnThey had taken care of my 16 year old rescue on short notice as well after he took a turn for the worse over a year ago.nnI cannot say enough positive things about this vet, they clearly care about their animal patients and I can't thank them enough for their compassion and conscientious approach.nnGreat people.
OMG The people at Casserly do everything they can to give you WOW service! They explain everything to you and they treat your family member with respect.
We love Casserly. We finally made the switch this year from our prior vet of 20 years. The prices are great and Dr Layla is incredible with pets and their owners (which is often hard to find)! I finally can take my pets to the vet without worrying about needing to take out a 2nd mortgage.
