They are very personable and take great care of the animals. They truly care about the animals and their owners. We received a hand written thank you card for our first visit. I will surely be making this my new vet!
I love this place. Dr Heise is the greatest! I would recommend her to anyone. I have been going here for years and Dr Heise is the only vet doc I will see for my pets.
Social Distancing is an inconvenience in itself, but both my dogs were greated outside and all communication done over the phone as I waited in my car. Quick service and very smooth transition from drop off, scheduling an upcoming surgery & paying of my bill. Great job staff!
I know it is only because of COVID but I LOVE the fact that the tech came to my car to get the dog. I didn't have to go in at all! I had an infant with me and it was just so nice to wait, talk to the vet via phone, pay via phone, and then leave. I hope you guys keep that service an option even when this is all over.
