They took care of our Roxy ( Blue Heeler puppy) with a fractured leg in no time. Very professional despite the covid pandemic!
Boyfriend Took his daughters cat in for emergency when wasnt eating. They said they did a scan on him and found no blockage. Never gave any fluids or ran any test. Brought cat home and then took to a differwnt vet the next day where they found infection levels in test and a blockage he is now having surgury. Dont trust this platteville hospital with your animals
They take great care of Drago when he goes there for his laser treatments.
Always friendly & very helpful, I felt I could get in immediately with my diabetic dog when needed. That was so impt. Also when my other dog had cancer & needed to be put down, I kept him alive as long as I could comfortably. Dr Bebe got me in almostnImmediately. And what a loving & caring way they helped To make it easier on both of us.nI highly recommend this vet office. They also have a kennel to keep your dogs with a really nice fenced in area. Location is great also!! And what a beautiful new bldg they builtnThank you Family Pet Hospital!! For all u do.
Great staff. They treat me and my 2 dogs like family. They are also very understanding when I have to bring in my 3 year old and 9 month old human sons along with my fur babies.
