Lori at Erschen's florist did all of my flowers for my wedding. We decided to go with silk flowers but everyone agreed they looked real and my bridesmaids were caught off guard women given their bouquets and first realized they were not in fact real flowers. The creativity, kindness, patience, and timeliness if Erschens florist will not disappoint you. Highly recommend.

Vased and tied with a bow, our 50th Anniversary flowers were over the top. Bright and happy colors in a free flowing arrangement made one think the flowers were freshly picked from a fancy garden. We're enjoying them for many memorable days. A phone call made sure we were home upon delivery as the summer heat and touchless delivery was accommodated. Recommended with confidence!

I live in Colorado, and from Wisconsin. My mom lives in Belmont. I was able to call the store from over 1000 miles away and send my mom flowers for mothers day. My mom was so Happy and Excited to get her flowers. She said it was a huge display. I would recommend Erschens to anyone for floral designs. Love their service. They even called me to let me know they can deliver early today instead of Sunday. Thanks Erschens my mom Loves her flowers.....Thanks Virginia Paul

Ordered $65+ dollars of birthday flowers NOT delivered as promised. There was a family member at the assisted living facility I sent them to from 2 pm to 7:30 pm and our flowers were NOT delivered. The order confirmation I received well before noon said they would be delivered that day. Guess I'll have to find out what florist(s) the other family members used as their's WERE delivered on time.nUPDATE: The order was delivered on time to the address I gave them. MY FAULT, I gave them wrong address. HOWEVER, am still not happy as they did not answer the email I sent them the next day asking if they had been delivered for OVER TWO WEEKS.nFrom what we've heard the flowers were pretty, but did not receive any customer service on this order - until they saw the review or someone told them about it? When they did contact me over two weeks later they did offer to have the delivery driver call me which was nice, but received an email AND a text asking me to change my rating since they now seemed to have the time to answer my question. But didn't seem to have the time to email me two weeks earlier to tell me they were delivered.n5/19/20 UPDATE: Decided to give them another chance and was VERY HAPPY I did so. Wasn't able to see the flowers due to covid, but she was very very happy with the Mother's Day flowers she received.
