We had an emergency with our dog and Hannah helped us tremendously. She found the root of the problem which was not what we wanted to hear. She answered questions and in the end we had to make the hard decision to let our dog go to cross the rainbow bridge. Hannah was kind, compassionate, and empathetic. She did her best to ease our pain. Thank you Hannah.
Southwest Vet in Lancaster is awesome!! The staff are always so great with my dog when he has to go in for shots/procedures. They are incredibly friendly, professional, and put your mind as ease!! Thank you to the staff for all you do!!
