My mother and I just went through the painful loss of my grandmother this past week. It has been a sad and painful past two months as she was ill.nChoosing a funeral home and preparing everything to lay her to rest was so horrific to think about.nThank God he lead us to Divine Passage, the owner Kristy is absolutely amazing. She is not only professional, but so caring and compassionate. She made an experience we thought would be so horrific to go through, actually be so peaceful and full of love. Divine Passage was my mother's choice for when she passed away, and I can say that I am so glad she selected them. In our case, Divine Passage served as far more than a funeral home. Director Kristy Sadlon advised me on everything, from managing my mother's cremains to ordering a headstone (she was buried) to the service script and activity timeline. Kristy officiated the service and burial, and was there every step of the way to ensure that I, my family and our wishes were all honored.nnAfter the visitation and service, many friends and family members expressed to me how nice they thought it was, and how my mom would have appreciated the attention to detail. I highly recommend Divine Passage to those in the Ripon area.

Extremely dishheartened we initially were so impressed by website that though wr live outside of ripoR I emailed for info wjetwhe they could serve us even if answer was no we had legitimate questions seriously were interested in if it was possible for them to serve us they didn't care enough even to answer our email very sad i wish this firm well in the future however I find it interesting that the information I rrrequested yesterday had not been responded to by the afternoon following the day I requested info yet as soon as my 1 star rating was posted I received the owner response hmmmm not sure what that says anyway good luck wish my first email yesterday would have been addressed as quickly as the rating response but because I wish to show a bit of understanding I have upgrading my rating to 2 stars from 1 even a we are nusb but thank you I'll get you answers to your questions email would have taken less time than the response given here wish things would have been different but stuff happens success in the future we will move on I'm sorry owner didn't understand why I rated the way I did I guess I but emails take seconds I am sorry I bothered you I wish I had never made the contact for info I am sorry I will not contact again I'm sure you will have success in the future neither my health or my wife s is good so I' will not connect you again I expect this ends things between us and I am sorry we bothered you truly

My husband passed away November 26th 2014 and we knew in advance we would use Divine Passages for final arrangements. We had been there for previous funerals, my father and brother, and were pleased with the services. When called, Kristy was prompt,professional,organized. She was so compassionate, helping us through all the arrangements, she let us cry when we needed to, time alone when we needed it.Her staff was also very kind and compassionate. I called Kristy several times after the funeral with questions and requests for additional thank yous, which she brought over her self, she was professional and yet personal. My final arrangements will be with Kristy Sadlon at Divine Passages Funeral Home.
