HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BUSINESS !!!!! Booked them to set up tables for my baby shower and booked a month ahead and even went over to confirm a few days before . They showed up to my shower 30 minutes before it started. They told me they were gonna be there 2 hours ahead to set up . I thought they weren’t coming and then just showed up . Didn’t even call me to let me know they were coming late ( they had my phone number and address information when I booked my event) super inconvenient . Made me whole event behind. One of the girls was super rude to me and told me I only paid for set up. Didn’t even offer to cut my price down for being late. Never again !!!!! Late , Rude and unprofessional.
Excellent Service, The designer Lilly takes time to make sure you are completely satisfied with your arrangement. I left with a smile. They accept credit cards big plus. I recommend this flower shop to anyone that is looking for fresh flowers. Very professional and courteous staff. WELCOME TO THE COMMUNITY.
Flowers are fresh and service is good. The employees are kind. The gentleman saw my son and I walking out and convinced us with options. Thanks to his good charisma and confidence he made us think twice of leaving. We had a budget and he made it happen.The flower basket was fresh and nice.
I was stuck in a jam this Mother’s Day and this flower store saved the day. The cute handsome guy in the lobby was pleasant and had good energy all around. He made people in the flower store welcome. I didn’t mind waiting.I am extremely happy with my flowers.Two thumbs up for all employees working there!! Returning customer!
