Highly recommended flower shop! My partner and I are grateful for having Jenny be our florist for the 18th birthday party of my daughter. All the floral work was beyond our expectations. Having Jenny as our florist made the process quick and easy for us. I can say that he is an expert when it comes to flowering design. I should contact Jenny again for the service!

Ordered flowers online for my wife to be delivered to her office where she works.
I specifically stated the day of delivery and the business hours or hours available for delivery 930 to 530.
The incompetence was almost amusing if it hadn't been me.
They delivered on the wrong day at the wrong time and left my wifes flowers with the people who live next to her office. Is that standard practice?
My wife played hell trying to get her flowers from the people who had them. They wanted to play games and not give them to her.
I personally would like to thank the delivery driver for a mess and stress created to my wife. What kind of piece of sh$t does that. Obviously she wasn't there if you could read. Aren't you susposed to attempt redelivery? I paid for the delivery to her door not some stranger.
If this was my company if fire every one of the people involved. They clearly can't read or follow instructions.
I will never recommend or use this business again, I don't care how long you been in business it's time to wrap it up when you let stuff like this happen. I don't want store credit I want a full refund. Order #04110270
Really beautiful and bustling place. If it's sunny out I recommend taking plenty of water, it is so busy walking through the market that you could be stood still for 10 minutes. It's more of a queuing system than a browsing system. Most people are there to see it rather than buy anything.
