There are only positive things I can say when it comes to working with Smith Funeral Chapel & Crematory. In the two times we endured losses of two of our family members in the past three years, the family who owns Smith Funeral Chapel & Crematory have gone way out of their ways to make the funeral processes as stress-free as can be for our family (nine children under the age of 26 years who lost both of their parents). From flexible financial payment options, transportation of the remains, funeral preparations, communication with the other companies (hospital, out-of-state funeral home, cemetery), kitchen and dining area for guests to eat and drink, and the openness to allow our family to hold a traditional Hmong funeral service (24 hours, 100+ guests, multiple meals being cooked and served), we could not be any happier in how open, comforting, respectful, and professional the family of Smith's Funeral Chapel & Crematory were in helping us give our loved ones the best funeral services and burial we could. Thank you so much for all you have done in helping us give our parents the best funeral services we could in tight circumstances. We highly suggest this place for funeral services.
When we lost our unborn son, they cremated him at no charge. I can't begin to say how much it meant to me and my grieving family to have that one thing taken care of for us.
