Leslie was AH-MAZING! I called from Colorado to have my sisters bouquet made and a small matching wrist corsage for my niece. I sent pics of what I wanted and she was so accommodating! Her whole staff was also very polite and cheerful. Definitely made the whole stressful experience much more relaxing. I can't thank her and her staff ENOUGH!
They went over and beyond to get my Mom her Birthday flowers (which were gorgeous)! I called 90 mins before closing and they came thru for me. Even though I put them in a pinch they were so kind and understanding on the phone I can't say enough good things about them! Thank you! Thank You! I will continue to use you guys and highly recommend you to others!

I bought some rosesand they are absolutley the most gorgeous roses I have seen. Nothing you can find anywhere around here high top quality. Amazing.
Disappointed. The young gal who answered my call didn't know how to do anything without asking her manager for help, and she didn't tell me that a $20 bouquet of carnations would include just 4 flowers and some sad greenery in a narrow glass vase. That, and I paid a $10 delivery fee. When I called to express my displeasure, they tried to tell me that the vase was worth $9 at least. Bullsh!t. You can get these vases for $1 in a dollar store. I feel taken advantage of, considering I called from 200 miles away for a delivery within the city of Superior. I'm sure the flowers and vase were NOT worth $20 and they did NOT spend $10 on gas. Will NOT be doing business with them again. Perhaps I'm partially at fault for not asking exactly what I'd get for $20, but I also feel cheated, considering I know carnations are very inexpensive. Again, I will NOT be doing business with them again.
