Christine and the team at Cress were absolutely amazing. Christine answered every question, was a wealth of knowledge and made the whole planning process less stressful. She treated my family as her own and in times of uncertainty and overhwelming emotions, was the calm to the storm. We just lost our Mom and Cress Funeral Home had everything ready. My Mom has setup her whole funeral years ago and paid for it too. We only had a few thing to select because the items were no longer made. They made that easy for us. They were their throughout the funeral helping us. My wife and I will be using Cress when It’s our time to go. I would recommend them to everyone.
Everyone has been so kind and helpful. Aside from a few miscommunications, my family had a fairly easy experience during this difficult time. The urns are beautiful.
