The surprise location was absolutely awful.. Not only made my puppy sick they were extremely dirty and did not care to help after she was sick.. they rather argue over the phone then figure out the well being and health of the pets.. super unfortunate I love PetsMart but you car about you animal do not take them to this particular vet office
I've taken all my pets here the staff are GREAT and very sensitive to you and your pets. I had to put our kitten down because of a birth defect. They were so helpful and caring for the situation. Prices are very fair.
I made an appointment for 4:00 pm at this location and also got a call to verify that we would be at the appointment that’s the reason for the 1 star at least. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. I arrived 10 mins before our appointment to fill out appropriate questionnaire. That went smooth, however I observed 3 different people check in way after me with there pets in hand including being weighed same as our dog. All three people were serviced and pets returned to them within 30mins while I sat and waiting for over 35mins to be serviced and only after I addressed the lady at the counter did they decided to service us. Had our pup completed within 5mins which I should have addressed as that told me they did not do the complete new pup free exam office visit. This was my first and final time gracing this establishment. I can now see why the grooming salon was completely empty not one pet in there being serviced. Thanks Banfield for the s—t service. You will never get my hard earned money nor precious time again, if the pandemic has not interrupted your business your service will.
The receptionist here have no compassion do not come here. Your pets health is not as important as having a appointment. Very disappointing to know they only care about the money not the animals
They get you in and out. I just love how they take care of my babies
