Long wait times on phones. When finally get through to someone, they rush the call. Same issue when arriving for appt. I paid for an exam but the woman veterinarian treated me like I walked in off the street. She didn't seem to want to deal with me. Rushing service is what this clinic is about. You are not even able to see your pet being treated. They do exams in a room away from your view. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Go somewhere else.
I would recommend it. The gals there are super friendly, from the groomers to the vet herself.
I used to take my dog there years ago and moved, now back in the area and happy to be so close. 🤗
We have used them for all 4 of our dogs for approximately the last 10 years. They are kind, caring, and reasonably priced. When it has been time to put a dog to sleep, they have always been incredibly comforting, and allow you to stay in the room as long as you need.
This Vet used to be amazing we have taken our dogs there for years however now they can never see our pets in a timely manner after several attempts in the last several months to get care it is blatantly apparent the overall health of their existing patients is not an importance yet they continuously email about shopping on line opportunities with them. The grooming team remains outstanding!!!
They truly care for each and every pet and they tolerate the human owners.
