BluePearl Peoria location were amazing to work with. They treated us right away, fast service throughout treatment and constant professional communication! Our dog was bitten by a rattle snake and they took great care of him. They didn’t jump straight to the anti venom because he wasn’t showing external signs right away, they did bloodwork first which clearly showed he needed anti venom. They were very thorough and were such a great team of vet techs and doctors. Thank you for caring and treating our sweet Benji boy!

Its not first come first serve. They triage pets based on medical necessities first. Which i do understand that logic but my dogs health is also important. And the fact that you cant leave the parking lot you can wait upwards of 6 hours before the Vet actually sees your dog. I find that rediculous and impractical. Staff your business better so you can account for ALL patients not just emergencies.

Had to bring my dog Riley in at 01:30 for xylitol ingestion. She had a 2 night stay and is now home resting. I could not recommend BluePearl enough. The staff was so incredibly friendly, caring and treated Riley like she was a part of their family. It’s always so hard to leave your dog overnight in a stressful situation but knowing she was with people who gave her snuggles, food and attention made the process so much easier.

Way overpriced and poorly run establishment. If you can', choose any other pet hospital. They make you wait in your car til the vet sees your animal which seems reasonable at first. But it took 6 hours for my dog to even get seen. And I couldn't leave. When they finally did see him, they couldn't figure out what was wrong with him, so they offered to sell me nearly 2k worth of tests. I could not afford to test him for every single thing, so we got an X-ray. They said it would take an hour. After about 2 hours (altogether 8 hours sitting in the same parking lot) I finally started pushing them for answers. I ran out of patience after about 7 hours of sitting in my car. Altogether is was 8.5 hours and $517 dollars OVER FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS just to get a freaking X-ray. They found nothing wrong with him. So I sat in a parking lot for 8.5 hours and at the expense of 500+ dollars and my dog is no better than when I took him in.

We lost our baby boy cat of 20 yrs very suddenly in the arms of our 14 year old. His little heart just gave out and the sudden death lead to heartache, fear, and of course panic. We are from Prescott but we were at our Phoenix home when it happened so our vet had always been in the Prescott area. In such a hurry (and not being prepared) we looked for the nearest 24/7 Emergency pet clinic and this was the one closest to us that would take our baby and care for him until we were able to get him cremated and bring him home for good. Skeptical after reading the reviews after we let him go I worried. I am not at all sure why there are so many bad reviews. The staff was AWESOME! They were caring, compassionate, and the most supportive. With COVID going on in the world I was afraid they would just rip him out of our arms and just say “we’ll call you when we get him back” but they didn’t. We weren’t ready to say goodbye to him after the death happening so sudden and having a car with two upset kids and myself and my husband who were both emotional wrecks they put the 4 of us up in a room the love on him, kiss him, and say goodbye! They weren’t at all pushy with needing the room even tho they were beyond busy! The techs who weighed our cat and took him at the final minute we’re all so gentle with him. I know he was taken care of through this entire process! I called pretty much daily waiting on his ashes to come home and each time I called they assured me he was being taken care of and they would call me as soon as he came back. The company who did the cremation did an awesome job, the clay paw print was beautiful, the box was beautiful, and I know he was cared for up until he arrived back at home! I couldn’t have been more appreciative of this facility and want to thank you for taking care of our baby boy Brutus who we love and miss daily! You made an AWFUL situation so much more comfortable considering the circumstances! Thank you!!!
