Dr Bates saved the life of our dog, Walter. When the other doctors gave up on him and one indicated that it was slim he'd make it through the night, Dr Bates tried other treatments. That was over a year ago. Walter is doing well. Thank you Dr Bates.
Exorbitant prices. Nobody follows up with your pets diagnoses after paying quite literally thousands in fees. Then when somebody finally weeks later, gets back to ya ... You're informed you have to pay another $140 for consiltation, all to tell you, give the pet the same food they refuse to eat before they were tested. They may have answers but we sure don't...
