We brought home a new puppy. Because of COVID, most places are not taking new clients, and I was desperate because of my puppy’s soft stools. I was seen here, and the experience was fantastic, Dr. Hook took the time to make my pup at ease and he was kind and gave me many tips. The techs were the sweetest humans and even made taking a puppy’s temperature a comfortable experience. I’m so happy, I feel like our newest family member has found his medical team.
First and foremost -- they allow you to accompany your animals into the exam rooms during this coronavirus time. Staff is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and prompt. Doctor Hook is unrushed, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Prices are reasonable. They advise, but they dont push services.
With my pet rats Teddy, Spaz and Rascal I know when going to a appointment or check up they are in good hands. Arbor Ridge Pet Clinic give my little guys safety and provided quality care.
This is a wonderful clinic for bird care. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and very easy to work with. I have come here off and on over the years and have always been extremely happy. They are truly awesome!
I took our rabbit that had head tilt to Arbour Ridge Vet Clinic today. She saw Doctor Hook. He was so good with our rabbit and listened to our questions and concerns. He explained everything to us! The staff was all friendly. I definately reccomend this vet clinic.
