We were hiking and our schnauzer stopped using her back leg. We are visiting from IL, so called nearest vet which was Badger - they were awesome from that first phone call. Amid their busy schedule they saw us a few hours later and found the problem. They clearly explained the issue and quickly took care of it... Our schnauzer even at our local vet at home has to be muzzled - they were very understanding and worked really well with our dog to calm here. We were out hiking again the next day with our dog! Thank you Badger vet!!!
Our family kitty of 12 years suddenly was in severe pain and could not walk. We rushed him in that morning. He had apparently thrown a clot that lodged in his lower aorta and there was nothing for us to to but help him cross over from this life to the next. I’ve never been through anything like this, and my wife and I were heartbroken. But let me tell you: the level of professionalism, care, love and comfort was out of this world fantastic. Dr. Kellie and her Tech, Brandie, were just wonderful. For such a heartbreaking day, they gave us 100% of their attention, explanation, and care. Our buddy was lovingly wrapped in a baby blanket, and given back to us so we could take him home and let the kids say goodbye. Within a couple of days, we received an unexpected card in the mail from them with handwritten notes inside...and a little swatch of paper with his little footprint on there from an ink pad. We were moved to tears in gratitude for this little act of care and compassion. We’ll never go to another veterinary clinic!
Badger Vet! From my 1100lbs horse Skip to my 7lbs Chihuahua, they are excellent! Dr. Kelly is great with explaining everything for our little guy, Piper!! Plus taking precautions during this time, they took the best care of Piper and myself. We called when we got there and basically just like a drive up! They came out and got him.nI give them 10☆!!! I was so happy with the treatment given to my 7 year old Calico cat Hoity Toyty!! She got her shots and nail trim Monday and was pretty quiet yesterday! But, she's lovey and back to herself today!! I have a male cat named Dude to also take to the clinic for the same shots and nail trimming! I hope he's as good as his sister. Thanks so much Badger Clinic!!
I have been bringing all of my 4-legged furry friends to this Cambridge office since they opened. All of the doctors and the staff have been so friendly and caring to all of them from their young age to their end of life. Their depth of knowledge has been key to getting us through both behavioral and medical issues. The office itself is also very homey and clean so you don't feel you're going to a cold sterile environment. Love the place - thanks for being accommodating this last visit schedule-wise too!
