Everyone is friendly and the service is good. The prices seem relatively high for simple tests and services - and the building is pretty outdated. I do like their scheduling app.
My family has been bringing our pets here for both veterinary and boarding services for over a decade. The care that they give and the compassion they have for all of our animals is second to none. The staff are incredibly responsive, always available, and VERY knowledgeable. Although I now live 4 hours away, I continue to make special trips because I know my pets are in the BEST hands with them. I HIGHLY recommend East Towne Pet Clinic.
I have 2 bunnies Rocky and Daisy, and we love going here for the bunnies because when there is something wrong they typically have a spot that day or the next day. We also had great experience there when we had to board the bunnies, would definitely recommend.

As a new rabbit owner, this vet was recommended by the Dane County Humane Society. Pricing seemed to be very reasonable (for rabbits at least). The staff are excellent with the animals. A lot of expertise across a range of domesticated and other small animals is clear from initial conversations with the veterinarians and the technicians. I’ve even used their boarding services and was very pleased with the treatment of my rabbits.
