Dr. Vitale and his staff are great!
Dr. Vitale is hands-down the best veterinarian I've ever seen. He's down to earth, explains things clearly, and has a great sense of humor. My cat is particularly anxious and sometimes aggressive with people but he and his awesome staff are true pros at handling her. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I took my kitten in twice for an upper respitory infection. Dr. Laurie would not give her anything. She sent home a bag of L-lysine that cost me $25.oo. Excuse my spelling please. She talked more than she listened and the staff is awful. They are rude, self righteous and get upset with you if you ask anything. One woman enjoys throwing paper work at me. Dr. Vitale on the other hand is fantastic! He's always been very helpful and treated my cat and dog gently and took care of any problems. Him I like. The rest not so much. Also, my friend's dog was on death's door, and nowhere to take her. They absolutely refused to accept payments for only two months. Dr. Vitale was on vaca I know he would have helped her. No one else there seemed to care at all about this dog. Took her somewhere else and they helped right away. She has diabetes and would have died before this place would have seen her. I'm very disappointed in them for that.
Dr. Vitale and staff are outstanding! Dr. Vitale is very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. Couldn't ask for a better vet clinic!
