Edible Arrangements

With my daughter so far away on her birthday I was very pleased to get help from Edible Arrangements. I had called 3 other places and was so disappointed with their customer service but Edible Arrangements were terrific!! Very good customer service; the gal on the phone was professional, knowledgeable and kind! They delivered as promised and my daughter loved it!! I would recommend this Edible Arrangement store to family and friends!!!

I just called to place an order and spoke with Tana. She had the best customer service ever! You can tell she takes pride in what she does. Its really hard nowadays to find that. She offered to take my order over the phone and made the ordering process very smooth and quick! I'll definitely be ordering from this location in the future as long as she's around!

My husband and I ordered a basket for our friends who recently lost their mom. We initially placed our order on 8/10/2020 with a delivery date of 8/14/2020. On 8/15/2020, we touched base with our friends to see if they received our gift and they did not. We were very confused as to why this would be because we did not receive any notifications regarding any complications with our order and funds were deducted from our account. We called the store, and an associate explained that the orders are split by store and the incorrect store received our order and cancelled it. As unfortunate as this already was, we replaced the order for it to be delivered this past Tuesday 8/18/2020 with the correct store, this store. On the day of delivery, we received a text requesting a picture of the bank card and a photo ID sent to their email. Out of all of the times we've used this company, we have NEVER been asked to do such. You're telling me you have pictures of all of your customers cards in an email?? When we called the store to see what was going on, the young lady on the phone was very rude, spoke with an attitude and would even not take into consideration that as absurd as this sounds, it is being asked of us on the day of delivery. I asked to speak with a manager and she stated that her manager is at another location and is going to tell me the same thing she is saying. Did not provide me with her managers information. This was around 1pm. Our order was $197. The money had already been taken out of our account. I would not expect such unprofessionalism from a franchise as established this. We cancelled our order as they are set to fly our for the funeral soon. We are considerably disappointed as we really wanted to present them with this gift before their departure. This will probably be the last time we ever order from Edible Arrangements again.

Always a great place to grab a gift thats fresh and personal. Love their chocolate drizzled strawberries 😋

This place is a joke the manager had the worst attitude ever at the 7 ave location she not only told me “I’ll refund your money and hung up on me” but refused to make it right after the order was placed to be delivered by ten o clock she should most definitely not be in a manager positions. Place is trash do not order from here !
