All always goes good...take our 5 American Eskimos there. Couple have had anesthesia for work done an always great outcome.
People are wonderful and my dog loved 'em!
I had an emergency, my dog ran into an old piece of barbwire. He ripped his leg open, he definitely needed stiches. It was on a Sat. At 3:45 I called the usual emergency clinic they said it would take 5 hours and cost x amount. I called Starlight Veterinary Clinic, even though they close at 4 they said bring him in. I was immediately impressed upon walking in the door their facility is top notch. They took us back right away, allowed me to stay in the room (very important to me) and stiched him up. It ended up costing 1/4 of what the other clinic wanted to charge. They kept it simple and didn't make a big production out of it. While we were waiting for the sedation to wear off the Vet/Owner just sat and talked with me. I will definitely be back. I wouldn't think twice about going there, its definitely worth the drive.
I am only giving a one star because there is no option to do zero. We brought my kitten Olly in today to be declawed and 40 minutes later we get a phone call saying he had died. They killed my kitten because they gave him too much anesthetic. That doesn’t and shouldn’t happen. This is the simplest procedure. We should have listened to what everyone says about this place. It’s horrible.
Been a customer here for 10 years can’t diagnose what’s wrong with my dogs eyes kept prescribing my dog with random medicines with no diagnosis, as she claims they have never seen this befoee also had personal dogs intimidating my blind senior dog. Showing a lack of care and compassion for the animals and poor customer service
